Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2โ4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Youโll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way.
Custom or handmade items may take additional time during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience as each order is packed with care!

ย Free Beezzz Shipping: FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and up.
Note:
Books and journals ship via USPS Media Mail (3โ10 business days).
If combined with other products, shipping rates may adjust at checkout.
PREORDERS
Preorder items will ship on or around the date listed on the product page.
If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship once everything is available unless otherwise noted.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, youโll get a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Although international shipping options appear in our system, we are not currently offering international orders through our site.
If youโre outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote or special arrangement.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage.
Customers are encouraged to file claims directly with the carrier.
